Changed your mind?
No problem. You can cancel your order any time before we dispatch it. Just let us know by completing and submitting the cancellation form below.
Returns, replacement and refunds
We want you to be really happy with your purchase but if, for whatever reason, you’re not, just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you’d like to return it by emailing Dara at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you contact us, please specify whether you’d like a replacement or a refund. Then return your order in its original condition (unused and as it was when you received it), with proof of purchase and in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us. Once we’ve received your return, we'll send you a replacement or refund you (whichever you specify) within 14 days.
Paying to return goods
If you don’t want the product because it is faulty or not as described, we will reimburse you the standard delivery charge. If you don’t want it because you have changed your mind, you will have to pay the return postage. We recommend you get a proof of postage to show you’ve returned the goods.
